Sized and tested for up to an Ops-Core FAST SF ballistic helmet (XXL and similar) with Wilcox G24 attached, AMP ear protection mounted, counterweight, and wiring—still within a low-viz footprint. Remove the NODs Box and the bag accommodates articulating NVGs installed, so your ballistic helmet comes out ready to run.
NODs Box: Dedicated Night-Vision Storage
The removable, padded NODs Box protects dual-tube NVGs and similarly sized devices (thermal clip-ons, FPV drone goggles, COTI, etc.). Adjustable dividers keep optics from shifting. Pull it out to run a helmet with night vision mounted—no re-rigging between missions.

- Loop panel along one wall for strobes, IFFs, patches, battery packs; pockets and loop combo keeps small items locked down.
- Three interior pockets for umbrella lights, headset cables, spare batteries, and adapters.
- Interior floor has a 6″ × 6″ MOLLE panel for alternate NODs storage under the helmet.
- Clean exterior silhouette that features grab handles and lash loops at all four corners—pack it in rollers or cross-strap it to other bags.
Set Up for Fast Deployment
- Mount NVGs and comms on your helmet as you’ll run them.
- If storing NVGs separately, configure the NODs Box with dividers for a snug fit.
- Seat the helmet shell into the main cavity; route cables and counterweights along the side loop panel.
- Stage spare batteries, strobes, and ear-pro cables in the three interior pockets.
- Use the floor MOLLE panel if you prefer NODs stowed under the helmet.
