SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All night vision unit orders are shipped UPS ground, 2 Day Air or Next Day Air with signature required for insurance and security purposes. Most accessories are shipped USP ground or USPS Priority Mail. Ready to ship items are typically shipped within one business days and custom night vision builds can take one to five business days to ship.
Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. Our goal is to assure every customer is satisfied and wants to order from us again.
Shipping Liability
I understand that once my package is entrusted to a common carrier (i.e. UPS and USPS) that CustomNightVision.com does not have control over my package. Additionally, I agree that once such common carrier delivers my package to the address I specified, I am fully responsible for the safety of my package (please make sure that the common carrier has access to a safe location at which to deliver your package).
ITAR POLICY
Export of the commodities described herein is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State Office of Defense Trade Controls prescribed in the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 120-130.
Custom Night Vision does not export outside of the United States of America. No Exceptions.
