Custom Night Vision (CNV) are a fantastic group of guys and wonderful company to work with. The guys are detail oriented, highly knowledgeable, and dedicated to their customers. As with everything else I have purchased from CNV, the Carson glass (both eye piece and objective lens) is no exception to their dedication to the civilian night vision community. The glass was packaged neatly/securely, shipped and arrived ahead of schedule, and the entire transaction was executed flawlessly. If you’re looking to build a PVS-14 (monocular) or binocular NV setup, Custom Night Vision (CNV) are the guys to do this with. In terms of the glass itself, Carson optics speak for themselves. These lenses are regarded as the industry gold standard of lenses (“Carson glass”). The clarity, contrast, and usability are flawless. The other thing I like about Carson glass is their lens coating. There is hardly any “rainbow effect” (bloom from street lights in the lenses) with the coating they put on their glass. Bottom line, you can’t go wrong with Carson or Custom Night Vision.
