This is my first night vision purchase and I love them. I have used other sets borrowed from a friend, mostly high end L3 tubes. These are definitely not going to perform the same as those high end tubes and I also diddnt expect them to. I do not need to purchase anything more expensive for my needs. I just wanted a pair of duel tubes that let me have that superpower of being able to see in dark conditions. These are fantastic and tic all of the boxes for me! I would buy them again. For anyone looking to get into night vision I think these are great. I was able to get these RIX’31’s, a helmet, Wilcox G24’s and a battery pack for less than $5k all in. Thats a fantastic deal I think and it lets me do anything I want to right now.

To be honest I do love them. Personally, I have never seen through a set of dual tubes other than these, just pvs 14’s. I thought I was going to hate them being a budget set of night vision made of chinesium. I have no “spots” in the ones I received. I called Custom Night Vision and talk to Chris I believe. I had enough saved up to get a $7-8K set of tubes. He talked me into buying the RIX-31’s and I couldn’t be happier. The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the RIX-31’s, its why is the wilcox 24 mount so damn expensive for what it is. 100% would try to find a cheaper / better solution.
